We also offer our radial compression stations as "fixtures" that you can attach to your tensile testing machine, such as Zwick, ADMET, Instron, Tinius-Olsen, MTS, etc.

Most types of Blockwise metal-die radial compression mechanisms are available for radial force testing, and can be attached to a Blockwise TTR2 tensile testing machine or to your tensile testing machine.  Your choice will depend on the maximum diameter and length of your stents. To obtain the lowest friction and lowest purchase cost, choose the smallest mechanism that accommodates your size range.  All of these mechanisms feature very low friction, linear relationship of stroke to diameter, and optional heating / temperature control.

We offer adapter hardware to attach Blockwise radial compression mechanisms to your tensile testing machine.  We have hardware available for Zwick, ADMET, Instron, Tinius-Olsen, and others.  If we don't have an adapter kit for your tensile tester, we will design one.  These kits include force-limiting clips to prevent accidental damage to the compression station due to excessive force.  Temperature control systems are also available.
