Blockwise's 6-jaw top-loading short crimper is similar to our standard short crimper, but features a top-loading slot and more radial force capability.  Using our patented Zero-G technology, the hardened stainless steel dies can provide up to 3500 N of radial force to compress and form your product into a hexagonal shape, without gaps between the dies. 

The 6 mm working length can be reduced to suit your needs, further increasing the forming pressure.  Maximum opening diameter is 6 mm; top-loading slot width is 5 mm.
